Shipping Policy

At ParabolicPeptides.com, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged and unusable. Photos of damaged product from shipping must be provided within 3 days of reception of your order and emailed to support@parabolicpeptides.com It must also be returned in the original packaging.


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@parabolicpeptides.com Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.


Refunds & Missing Items

Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) excluding any shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will refund both the purchase price and the original shipping costs. If you are missing an item you will only receive what is missing from your order if you email us proof of an unboxing video. Pictures are insufficient. If the tracking number for your package says it was delivered and you still have not received it there will be no refund or re-shipment of your package. USPS or UPS is responsible at this point, and you must take up the issue with them and file a claim. 


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at [insert contact email or phone number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
