Shipping Policy

At Parabolicpeptides.com, we want to ensure transparency about how your orders are processed, shipped, and handled. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping and return terms.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

• All orders are processed after payment is received, not when the order is placed.
• Processing  takes 1-2business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Domestic (USA) deliveries typically take 1–5 business days.
• International deliveries may take 10–30 business days, depending on customs and courier delays.

Once shipped, every order will receive a tracking number that can be checked at UPS.com or USPS.com.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Policies

• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• Delays  may occur due to weather, customs, courier issues, or high shipment volumes.

Parabolic Peptides, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by UPS, USPS or any courier.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard delivery: 1–7 business days.
• Tracking details will be provided via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see an update.

International Shipping

• Customers are responsible for knowing their import laws before ordering.
• We are  not liable for customs seizures, delays, or legal restrictions in your country.
• No refunds or reshipments will be issued for packages seized by customs.
• Shipping  restrictions may apply to certain products/destinations, and these will be      noted on product listings.

Reshipment Policy

• For local/domestic orders returned due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable  status, we may provide:
  • Reshipment (customer pays shipping fees), or
  • Store credit (minus shipping and handling fees).
• For international shipments, no reshipments or refunds are offered once the package has been handed over to the courier.

If a package is confirmed as delivered by the courier but not received, please check with your neighbors, building management, UPS or local post office. Courier scans include GPS delivery coordinates.
